The DataLabsUSA Voice Exec PBX DL-416-2+ has support for up to 4 incoming lines and up to 16 extensions with 2 extensions feeding the DataLabsUSA Voice Exec EVM-2xv+ Voice Mail Unit. This system can handle up to 4 incoming and outgoing calls on up to 14 extensions. The Auto Attendant can process and route two calls simultaneously if you have at least 2 lines connected. Two Voice Mails can be processed simultaneously. Up to 8 conversations (4 outside and 4 inside) can take place at the same time. You can easily set an operator station. The Voice Mail unit is self configured (plug n play) to the PBX and is easily programmed from any "off the shelf" standard touch tone telephone plugged into a programming phone jack (standard RJ-11) on the rear panel of the Voice Mail System. Remote programming from a PBX extension or from the outside is also available.

Callers inside and out have access to leave and retrieve messages from up to 255 mail boxes. Extensive notification capabilities of voice mail waiting to be heard allow mail box owners to have their internal extension phones and / or outside cell phones called by the system. Once the system notifies a mail box owner, a unique password allows them access to their their voice mail. Of course notification can also be used for outside phones of any kind. Also, pager notification is available. Any mail box owner may call in for their password protected voice mail any time they want, but it is ideal to have the system remotely notify mail box owners in or out of the office. As they are notified, the system will permit them to hear all of their password protected voice mail.

Programming is a snap with built-in Voice Prompts and an EASY operating manual which explains the operation of the PBX and the Voice Mail Units. The manual will show you how to set up mail boxes, dedicate extensions to different lines, set ring count, and all other functions with a step by step procedure. Real voice prompts guide you or your callers through each function. There are Greeting Only Audiotex Messages available when you want to inform your caller. You can easily set up a layered menu system for callers as well as direct extension dialing w/ voice mail when the extension called doesn't answer, is busy, or has "Do not Disturb" set. We have made this so easy that you will not need a telephone installer to set up this system. It's simply Plug n play and then add your own personal options from the Step by Step manual.

One of DataLabsUSA DL-416-2+ Combo's most amazing features is the ability to determine with real voice reporting which mailboxes have messages waiting with internal or external voice notification which can be set at various intervals to call an extension, outside cell phone or land line phone until the voice mail is heard. Notification settings include wake up times and on and off time so that the mail box owner is never disturbed.

There is No Need to dial each mailbox. The System calls your private extension, outside phone, cell phone, and lets you pick up your password protected messages as soon as a caller leaves them, or at preset times for any interval you desire.
