All items are Vonage,
Comcast, Skype, and regular line provider compatable when used with
analog adapters supplied by the carrier. Our voice mail equipment can
be used with PBX or KSU ( key phone ) systems connected to analog
extensions or can be used as a stand alone voice mail system
connected to any analog adapters and can provide remote extensions
(can transfer a call out to up to 90 cell phones) This outgoing
transfer or REMOTE EXTENSION CAPABILITY is available on our Voice
Mail systems when the incoming line has "Call Transfer Service"
which comes standard for free with Comcast business class service and
also with Vonage lines.
Call Transfer Service may cost additional
for that feature with other carriers such as wired Verizon, Quest,
ATT, and Bell South lines, etc.... Our voice mail systems can also
use our DataLabsUSA PBX / PABX to Auto Attend and transfer to
internal extensions (phones and other telecom devices) and transfer
to external extensions when lines connected to the PBX are Vonage,
Comcast business class or regular lines with call transfer service.
Again, transferring out can not be done with a PBX alone, but can be
done with our EVM series voice mail systems.
