Any mail box owner may call in for their password protected voice mail at any time, but it is ideal to have the system remotely notify employees in or out of the office and let them hear their voice mail and change any desired password protected Mail Box settings. Each of the 511 Mail Boxes have individual settings for notification as well as individual outgoing announcements for busy extension, no answer, and when set to "Don't Disturb".
